“Shaping fundamental leadership values in the context of cultural conditions”

We are pleased to introduce research project conducted by joint team of researchers from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun (Poland) and Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics (Ukraine).

The purpose of this study is to identify cross-cultural features of leadership and value orientations among individuals who have experience of living and/or working in a diverse environment. We are hoping to gather results from individuals from different countries of the world.

This study consists of several stages. As of now we are implementing the first stage of the study called - Value Evaluation. The main objectives of this stage of the study are as follows:

  1. Identification of values sources on which leadership style is formed.
  2. Measuring the influence of national culture and universal values on leadership style.
  3. Identification of differences in generational culture and measure generational values.
  4. Identification of differences in gender culture and measure gender values.

Your opinion on these aspects is important and valuable both for researchers and business. In our questionnaire there are no right or wrong answer. Please be honest and open when answering the questions. Your answers will be anonymous and fully confidential. According to the results of the study, only general information will be provided (without individual answers). We guarantee you that this survey does not accumulate any information that could disclose information about your identity or place of your work.

The results of this study will be published in academic and business journals and will be presented at scientific conferences. We would be happy to share with you our results, if you wish so.
